James Nolan is Assistant Professor, Department of Agricultural Economics, University of Saskatchewan. He is a graduate of Concordia University and York University, Toronto, and has a Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine. His research interests focus on transportation economics and policy, and industrial economics and regulation, and he has published extensively on related topics.
