Roland Marcoux is President, Marcoux Hince Consultants, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and was previously Founding Partner and President of Intersol Consulting Associates Limited, Ottawa.  He has 30 years of experience in every aspect of organizational development and change management, and works to help clients achieve high impact results in the strategic alignment of people with corporate purposes and processes.  A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mr. Marcoux is a member of the Organizational Development Network and the American Society for Training and Development.  He has a wide network of corporate and government clients in Canada, the USA and abroad.
